Microscopy Data-Processing Workflows
Correlative and dose-efficient workflows connecting acquisition, classification, and reconstruction.
The most useful microscopy methods make acquisition and analysis a single coherent experiment, which is important for future transition to autonomous microscopy. My work aims to develop data processing and correlative analysis workflows for extracting complementary structural, spectroscopic, and multi-dimensional information.
