Data-driven EELS tomography
Combining feature extraction and electron tomography to resolve three-dimensional nanoscale plasmonic fields.
This research develops a data-driven EELS-tomography strategy for three-dimensional nanoscale field mapping. Feature extraction separates spectroscopic components before reconstruction, enabling the analysis of spatially overlapping plasmonic signals in a tilt series.
The associated open workflow is available through CAETomo.
